Employing our specialization in Marine Automation systems, we designed and manufactured a Monitoring & Alarm system.
It is an advanced monitoring system that can incorporate more than 1000 sensors to all ship’s basic units and systems. The system collects, stores and processes critical operational data from the main engine, generators, boilers, pumps, cargo holds, auxiliary engines, freezers, power distribution switchboards, fire detection etc. The system consists of the main processing unit (PLC), one or more monitoring stations, one or more printers and one or more compact remote monitoring stations. The system is equipped with Uninterruptible Power Supply that ensures smooth operation.
It is designed especially for new installations or for old system’s replacement as soon as it has the capacity to interface any type of sensor.
The monitoring and alarm system is a product of C&A and Siemens cooperation.
