Villa Kohyli and Villa Kyma (130 sq. m. and 160 sq. m. respectively) are two newly built luxury villas located by the sea in the area of Dassia, within the lush greenery of Corfu, jewel of the Ionian Sea, just 12 km from Corfu town as well as from the port and the airport. Each villa has a state-of-the-art kitchen, TV & Wi-Fi, sophisticated bathrooms, air-conditioning throughout and a large parking area. - Villa Kohyli:
Two-bedroom first-floor Villa (130 sq. m.): One master bedroom with bathroom en suite and a 70 sq. m. balcony with panoramic view of Dassia Bay. The balcony is shared with the second bedroom, with separate bathroom.
The rest of the villa consists of a living room with fireplace and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room. The living room is surrounded by French windows opening onto a 50 sq. m. balcony with panoramic view of Dassia Bay.

- Villa Kyma:
Three-bedroom ground-floor Villa (160 sq. m. over 3 levels): The first level includes a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining & living room area, one bedroom with bathroom and an office. There is a private outdoor dining area and direct access to the pool and garden areas.
