Villa Iota is a 3-floor maisonette consisting of four bedrooms. Our guests can enjoy their vacation in a peaceful place located 200 meters away from the sea. You can relax at the roof enjoying the breath taking sunset emerging from the sea.

The house includes one big bathroom with a bathtub and two bathrooms with showers on the second and ground floor respectively.

The features include free wi-fi and free parking into the property.

All four bedrooms are spacious and equipped with double beds, air-conditioning and satellite TV.

The airport of Chania (CHQ) is about 30 minutes away by car.
The magnificent harbor of Chania is 2km away from Villa Giota.
In about 750 meters the beach of Nea Chora where you can go swimming, sunbathing or eat choosing among a big variety of taverns and restaurants.
In a one-minute distance there are two big super markets, two mini markets one of which is a 24/7.

There's the option of providing a playpen (crib) (on your request) for our little friends.
