Anahata Yoga Studio/Dharma Yoga Greece is a space dedicated to the holistic approach of yoga. We aim to create a community with strong ties. It is a place where we can indulge in love and goodness, we can trust and enjoy the beautiful smiles of a large company of people.

We teach Dharma, Hatha, Therapeutic, Vinyasa and Aerial Yoga, as well as different forms of Meditaion as Mindfulness, Tantric and Sound Meditation. The combination of the applied techniques and practices improves the overall physical condition of the body and, at the same time, helps us expand our awareness, our positiveness, our optimistic view towards life, as well as our creativity.
