Aegean Village

Aegean Village Hotel is an original accommodation complex in the heart of the old town. Its most unique feature is the aged lemon tree orchard around which all rooms are set. The street in front is quiet with a free parking space. The prices are reasonable and the reception staff is friendly and willing to give you all information as well as assistance you might need. Pets are welcome, prior notification is necessary.

The Village has 24 units in total, including apartments for 2-5 persons with private entrance and shaded veranda opening to the yard. They are spacious, 45m² big, divided into 2 rooms: a private bedroom for two persons and a living room with comfortable built-in sofas that can be used as beds for 2 of the guests. In the same room there is a kitchen corner, refrigerator and dining table.

The studios for 2-4 persons consist of one room, 25m² big, with wooden beds, cooking facilities and private balcony opening to the garden or with view to the street. Finally, Aegean Village offers simple double rooms with private balcony. All types of accommo- dation offer air-condition, refrigerator and phone. There is daily cleaning service, sheets and towels are changed every 4 days.

Aegean Village Hotel is located in the historical center of Parikia's old town. In a couple of minutes you reach the main Market Street and the Byzantine church of Ekatontapiliani. In 5 minutes on foot you get to the Frankish Castle, art galleries, the seafront road, the port and the boat taxis. In less than 5 min. you reach two of the main beaches, the clubbing area and the central bus station.

Villas Georgy

Villas Georgy is a small complex, recently renovated, surrounded by a well-kept garden planted with flowers and trees where you may relax under the shadow and the children may enjoy carefree play for hours. The old town and the port are quickly reached by car or a nice 15 min. walk along the seafront road where there are plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops.

The nearest beach is just 150m. down the hill via a path. In 5 to 10 minutes on foot or a few minutes' drive, you reach other sandy beaches with crystal clear waters, either organized with beach bars or more isolated. The sun sets behind the mountains of Agios Fokas on your right, another great spot for a late afternoon visit.

Villas Georgy offer independent accommodation in 4 studios and 2 apartments. The studios are about 25m² big, with a living corner, small kitchen and sleeping area with 2 or 3 single beds. There is also shower bathroom, air-condition, refrigerator and balcony or veranda shaded by pergola with open view to the sea and the ferries coming in and out of the port, the town of Parikia and the mountains.

The apartments are for 4-5 guests. They are 45m² and have a private bedroom and a separate living-room with sofa beds and a kitchen corner. Also refrigerator, air-condition, shower bathroom and shaded balcony or veranda with open sea view. There is daily cleaning service; towel and bed sheets are changed every 2 days. At Villas Georgy you will have quiet holidays next to the beach and not far from the town center.

Villas Byzantino

In the local neighborhood of Aghio Spiridon Lefkes with view to the famous church of Aghia Triada are the two independent houses of Byzantino, overlooking the hills of Lefkes which lead to the sea.
Byzantino, in the style of the famous dovecotes are two stone-built traditional 2-floor town houses, the one next to the other, newly renovated, remaining all local interior architecture for your comfort.
Byzantino is ideal for people who search to live an ancient way in the center of a typical Cycladic village in quietness, without the traffic of cars or motorbikes.

Public parking possibility is in a 5 minutes walking distance.
The famous beaches of Paros’ south coast are in a 10 minutes driving distance.

Byzantino 60m2 on two floors with possibility to accommodate 2-4 persons.

Ground floor:
One room, on a plateau few steps up, small living room with inside barbecue, small room with kitchenette, WC/Shower.

Second floor:
One room, bathroom, verandah with barbecue.

Byzantino 90 m2 on two floors with outside steps to accommodate 2-6 persons.

With interior yard with barbecue and a small portable SPA, upstairs a verandah with view to Lefkes and the magnificent church of Aghia Triada, made from lucent Parian marble.

Lefkes, situated 11 km from the port of Parikia, surrounded by fields of olive trees (some from an age of 2000 years). On a hillside with a pine tree forest, 300m above the sea level offers Lefkes a breathtaking view to the island of Naxos.

The architecture mix, a historical inheritance, gives to Lefkes a separate charm. Built like an altitude amphitheatre appear typical white washed Cycladic houses combined with Venetian mansions and picturesque dovecotes overlooked along the hillside by ancient windmills. In appreciation to their architectural value the renovation of those wheat mills has started. The church of Aghia Triada built with lucent Parian marble dominates the scenery.

From Lefkes it is, where the famous Byzantine road starts, leading through vine yards and olive groves to the village of Prodromos and further to the sea.

In a splendid nature, Lefkes offers the ambience of holiday lingers with typical Greek Kafenions and taverns, serving local meals. And for the eye souvenir shops provide traditional handicrafts and deco-arts.

The cultural life of Lefkes underlines the "House of Literature", where journalists and writers from around the world spend time to finish their writings and dedicate their work to Paros.

Traditional Houses

The four "Traditional Houses" are located in a typical quiet neighborhood of Parikia, in the heart of the old town, a 3 to 15-minute walk from the Market, the port, the main beaches, bus station & clubs. They have autonomous entrance & are set around a common yard with aged olive, apricot, banana & orange trees. They're designed in the old-fashioned Cycladic style, built with traditional material like stone, wood etc.

• Orange Tree House for 2-5 is 50m² big on two floors: Ground floor has an ample entrance hall, living room with comfortable sofa that turns into 2 single beds and an armchair/single bed. Also, shower bathroom and well-equipped spacious kitchen opening to the yard. On the upper floor there is a private double bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom. Air-condition is included in the living room & the bedroom.

• Lemon Tree House for 2-5 guests, is a 50m² house on the first floor. It has a living room with sofa that opens into 2 single beds and an armchair/single bed. Also a sunny double bedroom with a small balcony overlooking the town and access to the common yard. There is one shower bathroom and a kitchen with dining table. Main rooms are air-conditioned.

• Rodia House for 3-4, 45m². Living room with sofa-bed, dining corner and wide window looking to the yard. Also small resting room with fire place, private double bedroom, kitchen, shower, air-condition.

• Jasmine House for 2-3 guests, 25m². One double bedroom (double, single beds), comfortable kitchen with dining corner, shower bathroom and air-condition.
