Η TrooFood παράγει βιολογικά υπερ-σνακ και συγκεκριμένα, σνακ χωρίς γλουτένη, χωρίς ζάχαρη, για παιδιά και ενήλικες.
Τα χειροποίητα, ακατέργαστα σνακ δεν βράζονται, ούτε ψήνονται, είναι αφυδατωμένα, με τη μέθοδο της αργής αφυδάτωσης κάτω των 46 °C, που σημαίνει ότι, τα πρώτης ποιότητας υλικά που χρησιμοποιούμε στην παραγωγή των προϊόντων μας, διατηρούν το σύνολο των θρεπτικών συστατικών τους.

Η λαχανίδα είναι από την Εύβοια, τα αμύγδαλα είναι από την Τζιά, η βρώμη είναι από το κτήμα Αντωνόπουλου, η ρίγανη από τον Ταΰγετο, το άγριο θυμάρι, μαζεμένο μπουμπούκι μπουμπούκι στο χέρι, από την Πελοπόννησο, το αλάτι είναι Θαλασσινό από το Μεσολόγγι, το μηλόξυδο είναι από τον Όλυμπο, το ελαιόλαδο από την Μεσσηνία, η καπνιστή πάπρικα είναι από την Αριδαία, από παραδοσιακό ελληνικό σπόρο.

Troō Food Liberation is a collective of Troō Food Rebels that work toward exposing the truth behind our food. We organize Troō Food Riots, Troō Food Vegan Raw Superfood cooking classes, Wild Mushroom & Herb Collecting, Troō Food Education speaking in schools around the city.

T//F//L// believes that the role of food in our lives today is hugely important - it’s political, it's social, it's ecological, its communal and it should always taste damn fine!

T//F//L// advocates for people to make more conscious decisions as consumers. We believe in the right of all people to eat real food, food that is free of pesticides and genetic modification. Real food which retains its nutritional value and original healing properties. We believe in the ancient Greek motto of “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food” (Hippocrates 460 B.C.).

T//F//L// moves away from the corporate power structure that the food industry has become and encourages cruelty free diets. Cruelty free means that we do not exploit animals for food or other uses, we support fair trade economies and boycott those economies that are making a profit out of peoples suffering.

The Food industry has made us sick, it has endangered our seeds to the brink of extinction and together with the pharmaceutical industry they have enslaved our economy and our health.

By following an alternative health care system that goes back to ancient models of healing and practicing preventive medicine we connect back to our own bodies and as an extension to the Earth itself. Leading sustainable, cruelty free, more self sufficient lives leads to a healthy happy population that is hard to control…Anarchy here is served with vegan coconut muffins :)
