In the quarter of St. Dionyssios, in the zone of "Lamarinadika" of Piraeus, Pirée comes in life,
as a living cell of artistic design.

"Lab 71 Kosmas Karavas" company, with long years of experience in the field of design & architecture, conceived the idea of Pirée, acknowledging the need of the city of Piraeus for a creativity hive that would free the artistic
impulse and transformed an ex - industrial building into a bioclimatic meta-choros, aspiring to become the cradle of free thinking and artistic expression.

A multi-functional space where art & design showrooms, live events & performances, design shops and pop up exhibitions will take place, along with a special designed concept coffee/bar on the ground floor.

Pirée is a place of encounter, an open structure for creative research and simultaneously an ever changing human resources platform that releases the artistic creativity, redefining every possible form of design and art as the epitome of everyday life.

Στην συνοικία του Αγίου Διονυσίου, στα παλιά λαμαρινάδικα του Πειραιά, συμβαίνει το Pirée,
ένας ζωντανός οργανισμός τέχνης & design.

Η εταιρία Lab 71 Kosmas Karavas, διανύοντας μια πολυετή εμπειρία στον χώρο του design & της αρχιτεκτονικής, αντιλαμβανόμενη την ανάγκη που υπήρχε στον Πειραιά για την ύπαρξη μιας κυψέλης δημιουργικότητας που θα απελευθέρωνε την καλλιτεχνική παρόρμηση, μεταμόρφωσε ένα πρώην βιομηχανικό κτίριο σε έναν βιοκλιματικό μεταχώρο, με απώτερο σκοπό τη διάχυση της τέχνης και του design.

Το Pirée είναι ένας μεταβλητός πολυ-λειτουργικός χώρος, στον οποίο θα παρουσιάζονται παράλληλα art & design showrooms, live events & performances, design shops, pop up exhibitions, ενώ στο ισόγειο θα φιλοξενείται & ένα ειδικά διαμορφωμένο concept coffee/bar, το οποίο θα λειτουργεί καθ’όλη τη διάρκεια της ημέρας.

Ένας “κοινός τόπος” μια ανοιχτή δομή δημιουργικής αναζήτησης & ταυτόχρονα μια ρευστή πλατφόρμα ανθρώπινου κεφαλαίου που θα απελευθερώσει την καλλιτεχνική δημιουργία, επαναπροσδιορίζοντας κάθε πιθανή μορφή τέχνης & design σαν την πεμπτουσία της καθημερινότητας.
